BAXTERS LOCH NESS MARATHON


5K INITIATIVE: ENTRY INFORMATION FOR PARENTS/GUARDIANS




SCHOOL/CLUB: SMITHTON PRIMARY

To sign up for your 5K Initiative places, please follow the guidelines below:


• Follow the link to our website: http://www.lochnessmarathon.com/and click the ENTER NOW button • Select the event (Baxters River Ness 5K) and category (5K Initiative).


• Enter the password: GROUPS2024


• Change the number of entries you wish to purchase by clicking on the + button.  Click continue.


• You will be asked to sign-in to Active or select “new user” if you do not have an account.


• Select whether entering yourself or registering on behalf of someone else.


• Complete all Participant Information, including the name of your School or Club.


• Complete all further sections of the entry form, including agreeing to the waivers and terms & conditions of entry, and electronic signature.  Click continue.


• The check-out page will show details of your entry and you will be directed to our payment page.


• Once entry has been completed, you will receive a confirmation email.


• Please note all entries must be received by the entry closing date of 22 September 2024.



Race Packs


Confirmation of entry will be sent by email to each participant.  Your team leader will receive race information for their team by 25 September, stating participants’ race numbers, with a copy of our event magazine containing all race weekend information.  Race information can also be found at http://www.lochnessmarathon.com/.



Pre-Race Registration


The team leader should attend pre-race registration to collect race numbers for their team between 10:00 – 18:00 on Saturday 28 September and 08:00-09:30 on Sunday 29 September at the Event Village, Bught Park.



Entry fee includes:


Commemorative finisher’s medal, t-shirt, goody bag, complimentary post-race soup & roll, and a fantastic festival at the Finish, featuring live bands, pipes & drums, food & drink stands, kid’s entertainment and much more.
